It makes me really happy and proud that this movie is being welcomed in countries where people are conservative!! Being conservative is not a bad thing but being narrow minded is!!!

Periods are not a disease . It's normal like puberty . That's why western countries are progressing cos they talk there kids about sex and periods .
Shame on people who can't even have normal discussion about hygiene with their kids

My roots are also from Pakistan. Twinkle is right!! All woman menustrate.

Till date my sister-in-laws ask me to bring pads from uk as a gift lol. I know some may find this funny (including myself). Lot of woman still think buying pads is just a waste of money.

Woman still use cotton material instead of pad. They obviously wash it and re-use it. But I still think it’s unhygienic. One of my sister-in-law has told me a true incident of a girl who had started and she went to fetch a cloth what she didn’t realise that a baby lizard was attached to it. She had died.

So this padman story may be funny to some but in reality it’s educating the woman right.

Why just Pakistan I don’t think this film should be stopped anywhere at all.

So guys let’s not always get insensitive but be sensible.

I'm Pakistani, I saw movie and liked it . it's a movie about making pads affordable for poor society, outside the movie the promotion and sensitivity of topic were used so badly ...
I loved movie and huge respect for Original Padman Arunachalam Muruganantham ... but I've 0 respect for producers of this movie .

To dear all Pakistanis here watching my comment, Guys I'm an InDian.. talking about periods is not sharam or haram its all about awareness which most of the women lack.. Its just a monthly cycle in every girls .. U will be surprised to know dat 45.5% (approx) women r using the wrong way of hygiene during their periods which can cause vast problems in their bodies including infections which u might not even know.. 💞i'm sry guys.. but plz share awareness.. #lovefromIndia
