This is the workout routine that I do to stay in shape and get ready for PTD
I got most of my program from a workout trainer through Barbizion who’s job is to keep Actors and models in shape.

I do have my routine modified some due to my medical issues.

I do 15 side squats on both legs
I do 15 dead lifts
I do 20 becipt curls on both arms
I do 20 punches both arms
I do 10 dips on each leg
I do 20 re-vurse sit ups (modified for my hip)
I do 30 second Russian twist
I do 10 lunges on each leg (modified from jump lunges for my hip)
I do 20 push ups off my bed (modified to make it harder)
I do 20 clam shells for each leg
I do this 3 times with a 9 pound weight in back pack every day.
