Red chillies 3-4
Coriander seeds 3 tsp
Jeera 2 tsp
Kali mirch 8-10
Cinnamon 1 inch
Cloves 6-7
Badi elaichi 1-2
Elaichi 3-4
Saunf 1 tsp
Bay leaves 2-3
Roast above well
Grind with
Anar dana 1 tbsp and kasuri methi 1 tbsp

Black pepper corn is more than 8-10; cloves too look more than 6-7 though I could not get a clear look as the video when paused was not clear

Definitely not a useful video if written ingredients are not given as what came on the screen - some of it was not correct. I love watching this chef’s videos but this was disappointing
