Runaway - (Non Linear Short Film)

A short film about a girl who wakes up in the woods with no clue of how she got there. This is an unfinished story as I wanted to experiment with non linear editing.

So here is the story put together. The Girl, who is tired of her abusive mother shove her around, decides to abandon her house and her abusive parent(s). She escapes to a local woods, she she rests her back down, having getting spammed calls from her mother, she throws her phone on the floor in an act of disgust. Having such anger form her parents, she desires to run in the woods, trying get further away from her parents. Having realised she left her bag behind here, she sprints back to retrieve it, but trips and severely banging her head, leaving her unconscious for a long period of time. Having woken up from what seems to be an unknown time period, she is startled on where she actually is, she has lost her memory from the strike her head just took. having getting up and having wander around, she notices a phone, with a loads of missed calls from "mum". Having remembering partially why she is here, she decides to collect her things and find a way out of this woodland, she trips and falls over when trying to find a way out, causing her to remember everything else, she spots a clearing in the woods, and realises she has sustained a major head injury, and the scene cuts to black.
