1:39 is just perfection. Notice how Arnold walks slowly and curiously stares at the dancing people. Even if the T-800 is a highly advanced machine from the future, this dancing club from the 80's is all still "new" to its data. And yet it doesn't care. It doesn't feel. Its just there to kill. Arnold nailed with perfection what the character was about.

4:23 - When he gets up after being shot is hands down my favorite scene out of all the Terminator movies. How he slowly gets up, the music, Sarah's face, and Reese just knowing he's gonna get up, it's all perfect.

The look on Sarah's face when she sees the Terminator getting back up after being shot a dozen times, says it all. She can't believe what she's seeing, and its terrifying. Her shy, quiet and normal life is over. Now she's the target in a war that hasn't even started yet.
