Ace screen time is very less but his impact is huge, what a character he was.

When One Piece finally gives us excellent character animation and it's about this... Toei you cruel devil you. One Piece has never looked as beautiful as it did here. Pouring so much into the fights is great and all. But when you pour just as much into character animation, it's gives a completely different satisfaction.
Even without the original audio, words and much context, you can tell what kind of personality Yamato has by the way she moves. And you can tell how much pain she's feeling when she was trying to break the cuffs by how she was quivering and shaking. That's the magic of character animation. It's like having great actors in an IRL scene.

It might just be me though. I freakin' love animation and I aspire to become a great animator. I'm the type to go back to take things in frame by frame for the animations I love

I think one piece will be one of the most valuable things in my life, i follow this since a kid back in 2003, I caught up with the manga in skypiea and since then it always accompany me throughout my life in my happy or rough time, like remembering there’s a new chapter this week that i need to read although having some rough moments at least there’s something that make me happy and excited and made a ton of theory too.. I don’t know if one piece still around when I married and have kids, but when it’s over I don’t know what to expect.. watching this just give me that nostalgia..
