Ultrasonic transducer from Banggood. Right now I burned 2 W driver, but even at such small power it vibrate like crazy (read: high efficiency). My mistake is to expecting it to work by transforming low voltage into high voltage by using transformer pulled out of computer power supply. Okay, it worked day before, but in the meanwhile I recharged battery, so current goes crazy high. Just one volt difference pull too much current and small MOSFET showing almost instant smoke. Proper way to powering it is by using 100-300V rectified voltage and driving with high voltage MOSFETs. Still, there should be impedance matching transformer/coil. Sorry people, I can't show you how it works, but I hope soon to make proper driver. stay in touch.

BTW, if you make your own ultrasonic cleaner, please DO NOT forget to put some liquid (water for example), else transducer(s) may shatter due to standing waves.
Oh, BTW... did you spotted mistake on the scope, and the reason why it burned? Between oscillation is about 3 mS ON state - reason why MOSFET staying in conductive state and has "heavy inductive load". So, current... eh... my mistake... sorry... Now, I changed that and it works okay. Maybe I will make another video, but anyway - those MOSFETs are weak.
