Sir Simon Woolley tells Sky News of his ‘surprise’ after being recognised in the Queen's Birthday Honours for the work he's done as a race and equality activist.

Mr Woolley says the fact that he was recognised- when he usually ‘challenges the establishment’ -is a reflection of the way ‘things are changing’.

Just read his book, Soar My Journey From Council Estate to the House of Lords. Excellent book. Really works for equality.
