From yesterday’s comments, I’m a little worried for launch day... I really do hope the launch goes well because you definitely deserve it. I wish there was more information about each ingredient, why your formula is better and worth the price and would of shown clinical study proof with pictures. Also, is there a money back guarantee type of deal?

I wish you zoom in the camera when you are doing the swatches.. specially the bad ones. To be honest, I cannot tell the difference between the good and the bad when the camera is that far away. And with good lighting, everything looks good especially when put on eyes or face. They all look good on you! I still take your word for it but just a thought. Love you! Congrats on your brand!

Oh Tati, turning off the comments was a bad choice! It makes it look like you just want the questions and concerns to go away! They're not going away! I hope you're putting together an in-depth video of every question and concern. I'm not against vitamins or supplements at all, but taking vitamins healthily requires a lot of research. Your supplement is a new blend, Dr's won't be familiar with it, so consulting a Dr isn't going to be helpful beyond stressing about specific ingredients. Consumers are going to need these questions answered. I'm so glad you are doing what you love and pursuing something you believe in, but do it the right way and take the questions and concerns head on. I'm still a huge fan, but you need to let people express their health concerns so you can know what to properly warn people of.

Tati, I wish you the best on your vitamins. I won’t be purchasing because I work in a pharmacy, and I can get hair, skin, and nails for like $6, but if your brand ever releases some skincare and/or makeup, I’m all about it!!!

For someone who is so brutally honest and unapologetic about other brands, I'm surprised she's taking the negative criticism so personally and is refusing to address it. It might be hard to digest, but it comes with the territory. I hope and pray that your brand does well Tati, but it's not good business to ignore potential customers concerns.

If you can't answer basic health questions don't make a health product. My Aunt partnered with a private supplement maker because she wanted to sell legit supplements at her pharmacy. She's an RD, a PharmD, and takes classes constantly. I can ask her anything about interactions, dosages, contraindications, etc and she knows the science behind her product and answers me immediately with honesty because she cares about my health. It's a little annoying that YT personality who reviews make up is basically doing the same thing but with no experience.

I’m quite concerned about the Saw Palmetto in your vitamins, that has been proven to decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills, can you please address this? Selling a product with an ingredient like that when your main consumers will be younger women without addressing the potential risks is quite shady. A lot of people are unaware of the effects.

I've never bought anything from my YouTube beauty gurus, but I. WAS. SO. READY. TO. BUY. EVERYTHING. FFROM TATI. But that's when I thought it was makeup or skincare. I'm so sad that I'll have to wait God knows how long to actually do that. I won't buy supplements, but I really hope she's successful with this and yeah.. the waiting game continues.

Keeping quiet and disappearing from social media makes people even angrier than yesterday. Please record a video in which you are addressing all those valid concerns and answering the most asked questions about the side effects, formula, production and effectiveness of those boosters.
Almost everybody is upset with the way you are handling this situation and pretending that it doesn’ exist is making things worse .

I feel like she's probably having a hard time right now. The way her Snapchat and Instagram have been dead since all the backlash came out and especially the way she won't address the criticism yet. I know this is probably pre-recorded, but it still goes. People are so upset about the comment section, but as a consumer, these questions are valid and should be asked. You’re not just putting something on your face and hair that you can just wash away. You’ll be putting something into your body that you have no information about! Her release date is tomorrow and she is heavily relying on her fan base to make this successful. Instead of releasing this video, she should be explaining her product and WHY it is something we need in our lives. That’s just good marketing, period.
Instead we got a video about how it’s a magical pill with no information about how it helps with hair, nails, and skin. I want to know why I wouldn’t just go to my doctor or a dermatologist and get a professional to direct me instead of her $40 product. I want to know the science behind the ingredients and how 3 weeks later I’m going to just “magically” notice a difference. She left us with nothing and what I put into my body is very, very important to me due to health related issues. People shouldn’t just blindly invest in a product because someone told you to do it.
