"you just have to decide, that this is what you're going to do" -- couldn't agree more. choose your destination, the way is right there, u just have to walk through it 1 step at a time.

After watching a video that you should steam kale before eating it. I've wondered if Dr. G has discussed that. I also watched a video by the glucose goddess saying not to drink your veggies in smoothies. But I personally see no problem in drinking smoothies. They are much better for you than the Wild Cherry Pepsi that I occasionally crave.

The hard part for me isn't what to buy, it's having the discipline to stick to it, and to not crave the crap

I did your protocol and then a whole food plant based diet for 12 months. Lost a lot of weight and great blood work but pain and anxiety never changed. Darn

The hardest part for me is sadly, my family…they can all continue eating the treats & sweets etc, but for me it’s wreaking havoc on my body. And I find the temptation just so difficult, bc I have always had a sweet tooth, & denying myself many of those treats, while watching my family continue to eat them, I find that the hardest issue.

I hate watching these videos now, having you simplify healing while my health deteriorates and I live in a wheelchair, drastically worsening since my lupus diagnosis, despite doing all the "right things", all the things YOU advocate for!

You generalizing everyone's situation is dangerous and heartbreaking!
