Sasha: Hi I'm Sasha with 407apartments TV and we're here at The Village at Science Drive apartments, an American Campus community. Let's check it out!

Sasha: I'm here with Shannon here at The Village at Science Drive. I'm going to ask her a few questions about her community. Tell me what's the most unique thing about the Village at Science Drive.

Shannon: One of the most unique things about our community is that we're right by UCF. So we're only ½ a mile away and because we're not located right on Alafaya trail, we have a back road access to highway 408.

Sasha: So what are some features about the floor plans that we're going to be looking at today?

Shannon: Well right away you'll notice that our bedrooms are the biggest in the UCF aea, we also have walk-in closets and each closet has a mirrored closet door.

Sasha: What are your top 3 amenities that your residents love?

Shannon: Our top 3 amenities are our pool, we also have a grill located right by the pool so a lot of residents like to come lay out, and grill hamburgers, hot dogs. We also have a 24 hour fitness center and a standup tanning booth.

Sasha: So what kind of floor plans do you offer here at the Village at science drive?

Shannon: Well we have 4 bedroom / 4 baths and 3 bedroom / 3 baths and it's all individual leasing so in each bedroom it comes with its own bathroom and closet, it's fully furnished and you and your roommates share a common area.

Sasha: What is the phrase that best describes your community and what would you like renters to know before stopping by for a tour?

Shannon: Well a phrase that best describes our community is that you have to see it to believe it. So prior to coming in, I encourage them that if they have roommates in mind, go ahead and bring them over that way they can go and pick an apartment together. But if you don't have roommates in mind, we have a resident profile that highlights your lifestyle, so we do resident matching.

Sasha: Perfect, now lets go take a tour of the 4 bedroom/4 bath.

Shannon: Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment. Every unit is fully furnished. That includes a sofa, a side chair, a coffee table, end table, entertainment stand. It also includes a kitchen table with four chairs, and the kitchen includes all of your major appliances as well. All of our units have a washer and a dryer and a laundry room. Our utilities include, water, electricity (up to a cap), high-speed Internet, cable with three HBO channels and valet trash.

This is one of our bedrooms, as you can see its got a very large bed space, with a fully walk-in closet. And it includes a desk, chair, full size bed and night stand. One of the great things about our floor plan is that each room has its own special perk. So roommates don't necessarily need to fight over the best bedroom because each one has a great aspect about it.

This is our 24-hour fitness center. We have a wide-range of machines including cardio machines, strength training machines and free weight dumbells.
