First time seeing your channel and I just want to say thank you for posting this. I have been trying to find a video that was actually helpful to learn about this process AND include a template that is user friendly and can be edited easily. Every single one did not make sense to me and I basically had to remake the template myself. It literally took me less than five minutes to get the layout how I wanted it other than editing the photos and filling in my goals. Hii! Have you used a physical journal for this? I am looking into the Savor Beauty 90-day journal but I don't want to spend $30 on a journal. I love notion, but I am also trying to move away from being on the screen as much.
