I bought a Bulgoki noodle kit with some bulgoki beef. I have been to both Koreas so it has to be authentic! Adding stir fry veggies. Also bought a week of mackeral.

omg Vega protein powder i need that i gotta go to costco they also have the extra large peanuts that are gluten free literally the best peanuts ive ever had and only gluten ffree ones and their olive oil

I like both meat and veg, but I hate frozen, canned and pre-cooked meat-fresh only! Don't eat Spam! Love quinoa. Want some Beyong meat and blackbean burgers. Just got my first card in 30 yrs today-want to try exotic nut butters. Was disappointed to see that my store here in Quebec City doesn't sell liqour-they do have beer/wine. I bought a yr's supply of apple sider vinegar and a mo. of special mustard.

Why does your Costco not have Kirkland

I highly suggest not consuming non organic oats as they contain high levels of glyphosates even if they claim to be non GMO. They are tested to have some of the highest levels and that can cause food intolerances and gut problems.
