You know when you rediscover a band you've always loved, and never stopped loving, but you just kind of drifted away from? Well, recently I've been rediscovering Talking Heads and Siouxie and the Banshees. Then, last night I was driving home after seeing a movie and "Cities in Dust" was the last song I listened to and when I woke up this morning, the first thing I saw was an article saying that Garbage covered the song! What a great cover!

I've listened to this song by Siouxsie and the Banshees so many times. It's one of my favourites. I'm so glad they took it in the direction they did! It has added another dimension to it, darker, weirder, harder. Very Depeche Mode. This will be on regular rotation for quite some time. Garbage, I love what you've been doing! I think Siouxsie would be proud.
