Do you want to know how you could build up a freestyle kayak workout? Brenno Prakken shows his workout routine for the upcoming dutch freestyle kayak championship.

The workout begins with a good warm up. This is done by doing cartwheels and paddling front and back strokes. Starting with 1 cartwheel and going up as the warming up progresses in intensity.

Then it's time to practice kayak freestyle moves and combinations. moves such a loop and tricky woo can be combined in combos.

After the combinations it's time to try and perform as many tricks as possible in 45 seconds.
