Do not purchase rugs from West Elm. I spent a fortune on two rugs, both of which have flaws and continue (after two years) to shed profusely. The rug 57 seconds in on the video is one of them. And, possibly the other one is around 10:50. I'm very happy with the furniture I purchased but will never buy a rug from them again. Really poor quality.
