Mephisto is way below Death on the cosmic scale.

Maiden, Mother and Crone are all Agatha.
The last episode is literally the life story of Agatha, showing us how she was a maiden then went thorough labor and became a mother, and at the end she died and showed up in front of Billy as a crone.
Remember Trinity means three are one and the same, so it makes sense that the same person represents all of three.
Even if trinity represents different people, maiden will not be Jenifer, crone wouldn’t be Mrs. Hart.
Maiden is obviously Billy. I don’t understand why anyone would come up with someone other than billy, lol.
Yes he is a boy but this is a LGBTQ friendly show. Maiden represents hope, youth and future. How can it not be Billy?
And yes mother is Agatha, but the crone is definitely not Mrs. Hart. If it was not Rio, then it should be Lilia.

I have a theory

When lillia said "when you finish your trial it is not a good idea to overstay your welcome" that made me think after your trial, you get what you want also when Alice's trial the curse was defeated after the trial, that might be her wish, also Agatha's trial gave her powers. Also if the trial runs out of time you wont get your wish and you have two choices, either leave the road not fullfilling your wish or continue risking your life to the end of the road to get your wish
