This just proves that you don't need top of the line equipment to make great sounding music. Great song and video review of the speakers. They sound surprisingly good. :-)

Advice: They sound a bit boomy in the low end, get a pair of monitor stands and get the monitors on them and off the desk. You will hear a big improvement.

Bought these monitors thanks to your review. The sound quality is excellent for the price, however, I wouldn't recommend them if you have children (under 12 years old). The tweeter dome and dust cap will be poking magnets for their little fingers, so you'd be better off buying a pair with a metal grill over the woofer and tweeter, or stack them out of reach somewhere high on a shelf.
