Florida panther peeks through window at a southwest Florida home

In case anyone cares - this is on the eastern edge of the Naples, Florida area. And if you go about one or two miles east of where this video was made - you are in the Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge area. So this woman lives in the back yard of the panthers. They are neighbors.

As Floridians we should do more to keep Florida great, like building less community homes that destroys the habitats of these beautiful Animals

They live here on the SE side of Florida as well. I've seen one myself and my neighbor saw one with 2 cubs. I've seen half a dozen bobcats and coyotes, but a panther sighting is rare and absolutely amazing.

Enjoy the moment she says!! Who’s gonna enjoy being stalked by a Panther. The Panther didn’t want popcorn, she wanted one of those dogs to come out and play!

That's nice to see, I had one visit my camp over 2 winters down to -20 in Scotland, Every night he would turn up and lie down 3ft from my tent and 8ft above it so he had the upper ground so he could escape or pounce, I had to walk to my tent every night looking at 2 huge eyes glowing eye's in the campfire light, Was kind of spooky for the first 5 day until we both settled down to each others company, I called him Catman. It was some of my fondest memory's in my life.When a wild animal befriends you and keeps you company in the most foul weather conditions know to man.. They can live right under the radar, This one has been at its location for over 10 years, 3 miles from a small village and 8 miles from a town.

They have come back so strong that the Florida Panther is in Georgia already. We seen a 60 70lb panther turkey hunting 2yrs ago.

Unfortunately, When they start to get this close to homes. Law enforcement and Wildlife Officers have to sedate and relocate them.
