For anyone that this method did not work, please turn off your jbl and charge it for few seconds then unplug it and reconnect again it will reset same as what happen with me

Without connected, the led color should be white but in my same model(TUNE 215 BT) automatically change blue from white immediately and not showing earphone name in any phone laptop device. Can you please tell me what to do ?

Hello, I have a problem with earphones. I have a Jbl tune 125bt earphone. Although my earphone is flashing blue light, Jbl earphones are not visible on any phone.
