We have a big update in advance server and it's patch 1.4.78.
There is a message from the developers about this update and it tells us that they want to increase the solo fighting capability of some tank heroes.
So I'm guessing this is a good update for tank users.

I think they're trying to combine Tanks and Fighters. It started when the Offlane Uranus strat entered the meta, his sustain and damage made him into a utility fighter and less a tank. Most of the tanks who had their skills adjusted here are more of the brawler type of tanks; they have sustain, cc and damage and some decent wave clear, all of which are aspects a fighter must have at least. I think Moonton is experimenting on dividing the Tanks into distinct kind of like sub-roles; there are tanks that can absorb the damage for you, tanks that pack a lot of cc, and tanks that can 1v1 other heroes. The addition of the reworked Atk and Def talent cements this fact as well.

Would we see a Tank/Brawler sub-meta? Well we can't tell this early with these updates, but we never know with Moonton😅
