This tecnhqiue considers direction and location to be used with the basic pivot painter tool in UE4. Circles are spawned into the RVT with a radius used as falloff, and direction bends them down. The fade that occurs on each circle is used to rise them back up to the previous position. A bit jittery at the moment due to the aniamted falloff.

I love your tutorials and i try to use RVT with project planet foliages (with nice pivot painter and bend direction data) but it is really hard to find solution with fading VT....can you please give more help setting fading textures over time?
