Several ways. Neh- mas -in-eh is how educated folk who are not trying to force classical Greek on you will say it. The Classical Greeks said M'neh-muss-i-nah.
The ah as in cat. Probably.
Doctors, lawyers, and Brits use a comically anglicized pronunciation. Sorry, Brits, this is one thing your cousins have got right-- mostly. The classical Greek phonology, though not uncontroversial, is here the ideal.
