Brad, enjoy your videos and analysis so i subscribed. I too am a income investor who retired in the beginning of 2007 at 54. Abruptly got financially punched in the face in 2008. Be careful of believing stories of how even a modest net worth can provide a great retirement. My friends who did that all went back to work due to a life style they thought they could support but found out they could not. Looking forward to future videos. Currently one ETF I own is FEPI and have taken a small starter position in AIPI. Steve

Our dividend portfolio is
10% Nvdy
10% amzy
50 % svol
10.% spyi
20% q/xdte
And roll 50% dibs back into svol and 50% back into original etf. Currently at 800$ a month and on pace to live off dividends in 6 years 🤜🤛

Got small portions of NFLP, KQQQ, all 3 of the NEOS, AIPI, FEPI, SVOL, QDTE, XDTE & just added GPIX, GPIQ as part of our Income Category. Still waiting on RDTE & ITWO release and see what else comes out this month.

Nice list Brad. I've got all those now except KURV and TLTW, which I'll have to check out. I think enough can't be said about SVOL too BTW. The ETF bounces back in downturns, pays consistent dividends, and trades in the same channel so is not volatile.
I'm also in the same situation regarding retirement. Just waiting for my job to cut me so I can get on with my retirement and managing my holdings.
