Will agree about the Asian metabolism's, my daughters fiancé is from Nepal and when he visits I'm constantly cooking. He is satisfied for an hour and he is hungry again, have noticed if we go to an 'All you can eat' his plate is over flowing and will eat twice as much as anyone else . . . He is thin and never gains weight. We however with typical British metabolisms, cant look at a donut without gaining a stone or two 😒
