Patterns and Linear Functions in Tables -simple

Показать описание
How to write an #equation from a #table (simple ones).
Identify the start amount: This is the number in the "y" column next to the 0 on the "x" column.
Identify the rate: reading the table from top to bottom, if the x's are going up by 1, the rate is the amount that the y's are going up (or down) by.
To see if a table represents a linear function: Do the y's go up (or down) by the same amount? If yes, then it is a linear function.
This video could work for #Algebra students who were absent, or in a flipped classroom.
