as a loyal customer who just spent over 4K on furnitures, I am completely disappointed about the service I received. The delivery guy came in without having slippers on, and even refused to assemble my bed. They told me that $200 I paid was only for shipping, but not for assembling. I have to pay extra for assembling. I called store right after and confirmed the shipping fee also covers the assembling cost. The delivery had no choice and then started assembling. Is this the way how your company treat customer and make more money?

Bought a Cameron Sofa Sleeper in July delivered September 2016. February 2017 the cushions are pilling. This is not even a primary couch. Called Pottery Barn customer service and was told twice to use a fabric shaver and that the material is known to do that. I can't think of one person who would spend $2000+ on a couch that the material pills. Low grade crap. The arms of the couch are very lightly padded. Do I have this pecker Brett to thank for this?
