So i just actually finished up reading the Tarkov books (Predator, A Voice Behind, Master of The Night), and the 2nd/3rd ones heavily feature Kaban before he owned the dealership. Never once did they mention Kaban having a brother, and BSG has been incredibly faithful to the lore within the books so far.

Ok lemme explain. By now all those dudes are in NatGuard, by the game time they still were in MVD, so SOBR is SWAT, OMON is like pre-SOBR SWAT for reinforcement and riot control, and this dude os from OVO which is basically securitypolice but under the MVD
