this isn't the real peppino for a few reasons:
1. speaking english, no italian accent, the real peppino can't speak english
2. peppino is in crippling debt, he's too broke to have a car
3. the bosses have already been long gone, the events of the tower were at least several months ago
4. he wouldn't demand for (you) to get out of the house, since he can easily bust down the door
5. his base default expression would be nervous, as far as I know, he's practicially never calm

One thing I love about the Pizza Tower devs is that they anticipated the first creepypasta that would have been written about it (a creepy doppelganger of the main character who shows up, chases you through a hallway like the Wario apparition, and may or may not have heavy lore) because that's the formula for every video game creepypasta, so they just cut to the chase and made it canon.
