About the artist:
Bonga Kwana is a SAMA-nominated musical prodigy who began their extraordinary career in 2019. By 2021, Bonga released their debut EP, New Faces to Old Problems, which garnered widespread attention and solidified their status as a trailblazer in the music world. The EP’s lead single, “Nzwakazi,” became an anthem for the LGBTQIA+ community, while the album earned Bonga a prestigious nomination for Best Afropop Album at the South African Music Awards (SAMA).
