Ingredients:
600g Boneless chicken
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2-3 Green chillies
2 tbsp Coriander
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
4 tbsp Cream
1/4 cup Yogurt
3 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Melted butter or ghee

1. Rinse the chicken, dry it with kitchen paper, and cut it into 3 cm cubes.
2. Add chicken, garam masala, green chillies, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, cream, yoghurt, cornstarch, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Cover with cling film and leave the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
4. Now, thread the chicken on a wooden skewer.
5. Heat the non-stick pan and add melted butter.
5. Place the chicken on the pan, cover and cook the chicken over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Flip and cook all sides for 2 to 3 minutes or until the chicken is done.
7. Sprinkle some coriander and serve immediately with some sauce
