Research shows that psilocybin mushrooms have promising results for mental health support, particularly in reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD.

I struggled with depression for a long while, but a few months back, after trying psychedelic mushrooms, I experienced a significant boost in happiness and motivation. My social anxiety disappeared, and my outlook on life completely transformed.

Psilocybin mushrooms saved my life honestly. They helped me see the pure beauty in life, and made me realize how dumb it would be to take myself out.

This is how I quit smoking nicotine and thc, I was abusing it to the point it became a chapter and one trip helped me understand what I was trying to cover with thc and also how vaping has put more strain on my body. 3 years clean !

I quit smoking cigarettes in 2020. I quit everything, drinking alcohol and caffeine stopped eating greasy fatty foods and salty foods. So I just deprived myself of everything that's good so I wouldn't just get caught up in something else instead of smoking. After three months I started back on everything else except cigarettes. I still have no interest in cigarettes and I'm thankful for that

Not surprising. Alcoholics Anonymous started because when the founder used LSD he was able to look at the state of his own life completely objectively, and the detrimental effect of alcohol on it was so obvious he couldn't help but quit his addiction to it.

There is no "could" help break addiction. This is 100% true.
The real answer to nicotine addiction is mushrooms.
The cravings are the dominance of your unconscious mind over the consciousness. However, mushrooms enhance your consciousness and thus NOW, YOU know what you want and don't want.

And yea, definitely try home, alone without supervision otherwise you will not open up to yourself m when you are alone you can bring out all emotions and issues in life and thus solve your problem.

The effects of psychedics last hours. I'm wondering about the cost (hours in a therapy session) being prohibitive.

The laughing and snickering was kind of childish considering the patient quit smoking after 40 years and probably saved her life.
Psilocybin can heal in so many ways and deserves some respect and reverence.

From smoker for over 10 years, smoke weed almost every day
After I tried to eat only 2-3 G dried magic mushrooms I feel awake and felt many things that are not explained in words
Although my heart still can't deny that I still like high. But another feeling that happened was not wanting to get smoke into my lungs anymore.
