But it's quite problematic with CSIR jrf NET, it doesn't give money every month and we have to suffer. Students are quite unsure of when they'll receive the amount.

यदि jrf fellowship के साथ phd 2 साल हो जाती है और फिर कही और सरकारी नौकरी लग जाती है तो क्या phd छोड़ सकते है
और phd छोड़ने पर jrf के पैसे बापिस भी करने होग्गे क्या ??

In IGNOU there is full time PhD. Not part time.
