How to draw on object in blender

Hi. Here is i show you what you should do, for starting drawing on object in blender.

sorry if this is like a year old, but i'm able to draw on the mesh n stuff, ^-^ but some reason when i go to any other modes or whatever it's called, other than Shading and Texture Paint, it's only the base color and nothing else? ;-;
