A 53 billion dollar China investment plan for Brazil, the first yuan clearing bank in Latin America and the possibility of a transcontinental railroad connecting the Pacific and the Atlantic are just some of the deals announced during Chinese Premier Li Keqiang's first official trip to Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Chile.
