I love the little detail at the beginning, showing the stars still out even though the text says "Canterlot - Noon." Reminiscent of someone who's depressed not getting out of bed for hours. I have a feeling that this isn't the first time Twilight's been late to raise the sun.

Oh my… this has to be one of the best fanmade animations besides the classics like lullaby for a princess. Princess celestia made twilight an alicorn not only to make her the princess of friendship but practically immortal… meaning she would eventually outlive her friends and learn that. Even the best of friendships end and that not to dwell on the loss but to make new memories. Twilight tried to bring back her friends but nothing worked, I gotta admit that yes this thing made me cry a little but because of the whole situation twilight has been put in.

On the side note, at the beginning of the video, it says “canterlot, noon” probably meaning this wasn’t the first time twilight was late rising the sun, I could be wrong and over analyzing a little bit..

I recently lost my grandma. Just seeing this wants me to see her again and show her what MLP has to offer, and it hits even harder that Twilight has been around for 1000 years (I think) and had to watch her friends die. You're still in my heart though, grandma.

It's just it hits harder because I spent my entire childhood watching and loving this show and I couldn't believe it when it ended
And also it hits hard because my mother passed away like 7 months ago and everything just feels cruel
So what Twilight went through resonates with me all too well
Losing her friends, and trying all she could to bring them back

Just look at this! Even if it is sad.. Dosent it bring back memories? Its so good. The creator deserves more likes for this great edit!.. This video is totally emotional.. It made me cry. But... It bring backs SO MANY MEMORIES!.. im going to save this video on my best ever watching playlists.

This hurt like hell, given that the wound of losing the ones close to you is still very much fresh to me.
Cried like a baby, didn't even cry this much and this loud after I lost my dad 7 months ago. Just shows how emotionally attached I got to MLP over the past few months. I watched My Little Dashie and the official episode Tanks for the Memories right after my dad passed away and even those didn't hit me as much as this PMV did
