As a 13-year-"veteran" in the MS-"buisness" I've tried a few medications around the years, to keep the MS in check. I have developed, as I think, quite easy method of handling this whole mess (MS and the pandemic):

Everything is always a 50:50-situation. Either it works or it doesn't.

The whole thing with statistic is, that it always can give you a guideline, what mostly will happens. But if you are the one, that actually doesn't fit the statistic, it doesn't matter anyway.
I actually definitely will get the vaccine, when it's available for me. I don't know about the USA but in Germany, you have to wait for your turn. But I am definitely pro-vaccine. Maybe because I'm an engineer and therfore pro-science.

As I've got it also from discussions with doctors here in Germany, the mRNA-vaccine is a new technology and so especially the long-term-affects couldn't be known. But I know, that scientists normally don't fire from their hips. The scientific method for creating vaccines is, for obvious reasons, quite strict. Therefor I have confidence, that those vaccines will eradicate this pandemic.

At last, I hope, we, as a species, will learn from this threat and handle the next one better.

Wow..a dream video! Starring: Dr. Boster, my go to for MS questions (there is a shortage of neurologists, my neuro doesn’t have time, and I understand that). And costarring Dr. Beaber-when my migraine Specialist neurologist has questions about my case, who does he call? Dr. Beaber! That’s fantastic to see you two Collaborating, especially on such an important issue. I seem to be special, and overreact to DMTs, -And my immune system became thrashed. So my immunologist to let me know and when he thinks my immune system can mount a response. You gave great answers, you work well together! Thank you!

Good Morning Dr. Boster. I woke up early and signed on and a message popped up that you had a youtube video starting. I enjoyed the informative video. My PCP retired and I've already seen my new PCP, Dr. David de la Pena. He encouraged me to get the vaccine once it was available to me which he said would be awhile.
