Excellent for a little extra safety
The ability to be seen is an absolute must if you're running at night, and while headlamps and lighting equipment are great, they can definitely be overkill.
I really like this vest, which is really just some adjustable reflective fabric that can be easily worn over whatever you're wearing.
I know a few folks have mentioned the chest strap being a bit too tight, but it's just fine for me, a size 10 female. Obviously, your results may vary.
I don't wear this very tight- and it really doesn't need to be. It just needs to be out and visible to reflect light, so chafing isn't an issue.
In my opinion, it's well-built and worth the price for a little extra safety.
