so on Skyfall cinematographer Roger Deakins embraced the digital format and shot that movie on digital cameras, and here 3 years later on Spectre the cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema prefers to use traditional film and shoot the movie using film because even now in 2023 I think many cinematographers prefer to use film over digital..and many directors prefer it....Christopher Nolan for example...who I read was tipped to direct the next Bond film.
