In case you didn't read my community posts - I have decided to release first 10-minute half right now, mostly due to the fact that we are having powercuts which slows down animating. I won't switch to other projects and I already got on New Empire hype train, so second half should be done in approximately 1-2 months unless our situation gets worse.

I know that people there can be patient but I myself don't like how it's been delayed for much longer than I wanted it too, that and plus YouTube cares more about frequent uploads. Expect me to release a separate video that will combine all 3 parts of this flashback so you can enjoy it the way I intended it to be.




EDIT: FINALLY I CAN ADD THIS (SPOILERS BELOW READ ONLY AFTER WATCHING)

Dunno if some people will find this underwhelming because of Dest not spamming beams every 2 seconds. Anyways, if you wonder why Dest is shown so early, he was never intended to be the final boss of this series. This flashback will be very relevant in the rest of Chapters 3 and 4.

Dest was either holding back or just toying with Dagon for most of it, expect him to go all out in next part. He also developed some abilities mid-fight and you will see him get even more.

Godzilla is not dead, Rozan hid him under building so he'll be protected.

Dagon isn't dead at the end either, you will see him fight alongside Rozan in next part.

Out of all the fanmade versions of Dest, yours is my favorite. Firstly, it’s a creative take on the character from design to origins without straying too far from the original. His personality is also well done here too. From just tormenting Dagon’s mentality by using Godzilla as bait to straight up going demon mode (literally) on Dagon. He’s a good combination of both physical and psychological conflict in one. Other than Dest’s portrayal, this whole video was worth waiting and watching, got me hooked on what’ll happen next. Keep up the amazing work 👍

The wait for this was worth it. The emotional behavior you give to the characters is amazing especially with destoroyah.

You did what not many other animator's do with their dest by fully displaying his sadistic/Psychopathic behavior, the way he torments and tortures Godzilla's father to how he tried to give him a painful death by gutting him and through every moment dest gives him pain he actually enjoys it. Definitely one of the best fan made dest I've seen in animation so far. Also love the abilities you gave him, that pulse was very creative.

As for Godzilla's dad i also love how you did with him, i could actually feel the rage and anger being unleashed as he went beast mode on dest. His atomic weaponry was also very cool.

Stuff like this is what inspires me to be a animator and do stuff like this! Amazing video can't wait to see what you cook up with this in the next one!

I really love how you captured Destoroyah's persona in this, that how he find pleasure in torturing others and causing them pain. The one thing that's always been missing in most Dest animations.

This animation is beyond peak! It also goes to show how just pure evil Destoroyah is,

Number 1. Using Dagon's own and only child as a meat shield.

2. Seemingly killing said child and then laughing at the father's pain.

And 3, going out of his way to inflict as much pain as physically possible on dagon when he clearly could have just ended the fight and killed dagon before rozan got there.

But i also love how this fight isn't just a one-sided beat down right out the gate. Dagon, so fueled with pure wrath, thinking his son just got murdered in cold blood before his very eyes and hearing his killer laughing about it on top of that, proceeded to go berserk.

Destoroyah was not only downright Sadistically evil, but also arrogant as hell, not only becoming seemingly confused after dagon tore him down from the air and proceeding to get his face used as a punching bag, but also getting enraged by the fact that he after becoming his perfect form, still bleeds just like any other kaiju, and then starting taking the fight more seriously as being shown with how causally he caught Dagon's punch that was infused with his own atomic energy, while still torturing dagon of course and finding amusement out of it, probably even more so. But, than he took a supercharged atomic breath that blew a hole into his chest, and it was at that point Destoroyah was blinded by rage, it wasn't that he was taking the fight even more seriously, no, he was so pissed off that a life form that he, or should i say, "they" probably view as lesser then them especially after brutally mauling them, was still able to wound them, and greatly at that, not a grievous wound, considering desty boi here is a multi celled organism with a regeneration factor that far surpasses Dagon's probably, but a still a pretty big ouchie nonetheless to the point were Destoroyah now just wanted dagon dead.

And finally, after taking one more supercharged punch to the jaw, said "ENOUGH!" And pulled out his 'i win' card that being his own micro oxygen pulse, which would've been true as they were in the middle of giving Dagon a slow and agonizing death, until rozan showed up and drew the demon of a kaijus attention.

Overall. 10/10 peak animation, incredible designs, and one hell of a villain at that.
