Ursa is a great anti-tank, so Doom, Pudge, and Clockwerk are in sever trouble. But Ursa only kills people by hitting them, so interrupts and disables like those from lion and troll warlord are a serious threat to him. Look out for omniknight also, he just shuts ursa down!

Shadow Demon can prevent him from attacking, can make him more vulnerable to any source of damage, and can purge *all* of Ursa's active abilities with his ultimate, plus slow him.

In team fights, URSA Destroys pubs.

The key to denying URSA the advantage is the person who is target has to kite while rest of the team focus fires him (Ursas love to get Blink dagger and hence there is a grace time window in which team can focus onto Ursa before his team jumps in). Prolonged disables are a key to counter almost any hero.

In early Ursa is a killing machine, the problem is late if ursa dont have a very good early can be fucked by all the other carrys, included life stealer.

Omniknight is not a counter to Ursa, coz he always can get diffusal blade to purge his ulti and burn mana, so Omniknight won't be able to use purification, better counter is Windranger, coz of her stun, misses and ulti, which can lock down ursa if wr have mkb. And don't forget PL, which counters Ursa from early to late game.

How does razor counter ursa in any means i can overwhelm any razor using ursa on my worst day

If anyone else finds interest I use batrider as a counter to ursa (mostly mid to late game on teamfights), I disable him with my lasso, deal heavy damage with fire, throw oil to reduce his armor and force staff into a tower or teammates to finish him off before he gets to do a lot of damage, from what I've seen Lasso ignores bkb so it makes no difference if he gets one and in case of 1v1 u can lasso him and do one of 3 things, (1)blink away canceling your ulti and leaving him behind, (2) attempt to run away while still pulling him as as soon as your ulti breaks force staff and then firefly the heck out (3)Lasso and then Firefly, after position yourself and him on a ledge separating the 2 of you(mind you the firefly will stop his blink dagger) and proceeding to "run the fuck away"

BIG complaint thought, Nearly half the time you're speaking I cant understand what you're saying. You're mumbling to yourself and nearly whispering, enough that I lose completely what you're saying. 

I would highly recommend re-recording these and actually PROJECT your voice into the mic instead of mumbling through your sentences.
