I hope more people who don't think they can own will explore the San Francisco Mayors Office of Housing programs. The City has great programs to keep people housed and build Generational Wealth.

I don’t live in SF, but I live in Sunnyvale right under LA market very expensive I was watching YouTube video 5yrs ago 14, 000 section 8 wait list hasn’t open in 10yrs that Santa Clara County is one of the most expensive, and Highest market to apply for affordable housing it’s 3-5 year waiting list I was looking into thank goodness for my son services and when I moved from alameda county I took last section waitlist situation I was in I had great worker help get that section 8 along with my son services affordable program I able to move into brand new apt in 2022 I’m very fortunate to leave here the program I’m on do to high cost of living family and ppl are living pay check to pay check barely pay the rent, bills, food on table it’s hard for alot of family’s California one most expensive to live in the Bay Area I know a family has to move there landlord sold there house where they’re living have to move out in 14 days this why they should apply for the program if not be in bad situation take advantage goes to heaven list and home subsidizing Housing program is available to these individuals help is there they want it
