Don't disregard body language in your every day communication. It's a tool to help you support the things you say!

Love how you're trying so hard not to hand signal, little thumb still twitching, palm still bouncing to the rhythm.

I’ve been in US for 3 months and recently started watching your videos and I fell in love with them. Vinh you’re incredible. Your lessons help me to improve not only my vocabulary, but accent, speech and voice itself. Keep doing what you do. And I hope one day I will be on one of your performances!

For Introvert's this is a no less from a nightmare. For extroverts, it's just another Tuesday 💀

I do agree it’s better but you also used more direct and clear language making the second one look better

Interesting how the wording also influences how his message is received:

In the first bit he draws the attention to the negative aspects and tesults: "YOU (!) HAVE to learn".. "otherwise you won't be able to.. "

In the second bit he focuses more on the positive aspects. He will lead through this and WE (!) will achieve something good.

That's very eye opening actually.

On the first part, you could see this guy fighting his hands to not use body language. That just goes to show you that body language is a great communicator.

Sign language together with talking. One of the answers is confident. We need a confident whenever we want to lead

My mentor said to move as little as possible while being filmed so that I don’t seem nervous. I talk with my hands all the time. Think I’ll just be me and go with it. This seems so much more natural.

I am very thankful that I use body language naturally, like I didn’t need to learn it. I have been praised by some of my teachers for it.

Second one also had tone, inflection, cadence, emphasis, and enthusiasm.

Clear and straight to the point.
I really liked this video on the importance of expressing yourself however your head movements (probably unconscious) made your movements less stiff.

It reminds me of a speed date with a woman with no arms who would focus the majority of her energy into facial expressions.

Great video.

The premise of this extent is to expose yourself, your inner thoughts to the physical world as much as you can through expressions. Just expose yourself to the outer world. Not to keep those utter burdens in yourselves for being unexpressive. Express your inner things including your thoughts and expressions, split it out. To make yourself light which is essential for giving much energy to the world with which we're interacting. It makes you look determined and real in your conversations too.

Best leadership tip as it pertains to body language: when someone on your team is talking, look them in the eye, lean in and actually listen. It helps tremendously

also the speech was different and so was the range and clear use of emphasizing some words. It was not just body language.

Its because gesturing helos understanding, and leaders need to express themselves clearly. So we associate "clear instruction" with "good instructioner", wich is actually a somewhat correct assocation.

Over complication of things is the very reason we are where we are today. Too much of wanting is good for nothing.

I like this guy because unlike 99% of "gurus" selling something... he can successfully show you it works in under 60 seconds
