A tip: If your pico is already connected and you don't want to take it out to put in bootsel mode, hold reset button(use breadboard if not available), while holding reset, hold bootsel button. Now stop holding reset button and you are in bootsel mode. Also you can alternatively press reset twice instead.

Sir i did hello world program it's working but if I upload led program it's not working
