I got a dip cone from dq once and it was just slightly damaged like the chocolate cover broke but nothing I really cared about. The employee was so nice and actually made us and gave another dipped cone WITH the slightly damaged one. Yeah I was really pleased with the service. She was an angel

Butterscotch dipped cone is my absolute favorite!!!! But question!!! What if the ice cream falls into the dip while your making it?! Do you fish it out?? Will it melt with the heat? will it ruin/harden the mix cuz it's cold??
