So what can it be done?
We can form or join communities, although many of them are still not self-reliant and still rely in money.making business and even ask for fees to join. Many communities also fail, but few prosper. They are far too little. We need them in urban locations.

The problem is still around and we need even more practical and fast solutions, urgently. We must find solutions to create our local economy, but they do not exist yet. Many of us are still struggling.

Andrew, great in describing the problem, but this video only present that, and it does not present a solution. What can we, as citizens, do? Grow our food in our lawns perhaps? But we still need a house, water, energy, transportation, and we still live bound by the present structure of society even if we do not like it, we live on it. Should we all, unhapy with society, quit our jobs? What if we have kids to raise? And what we do with them?
