Simple ESL Speaking Game: Warm Up (Pre-Intermediate to Advanced)

Do you want your students to improve speaking skills? This simple ESL Speaking Game will engage them in a discussion that will develop their critical thinking, creative thinking, and vocabulary skills. In this fun game, in which there are no winners or losers, students (in pairs or groups) will try to find the odd one out word. But the important thing is that they will write the words themselves and take them out of Vocabulary Box. So, the words will be from completely different categories and seem to have nothing in common at first! This is a great way to improve your speaking skills and build your vocabulary! With practice, you'll be able to speak with more confidence and clarity. The game is suitable for students from Pre-Intermediate to Advanced level!
