marci, mk and pre-nerf weaver are very good contenders for the one of the strongest level 2 spikes, but I do agree that cm and dawnbreaker take the crown easily

Level 2 spikes that are on par in terms of insane:
Hoodwink, Venge, Witch Doctor + Burst carry, Silencer Q+E against low int hero (Especially with a silence carry like Drow and Bloodseeker. Actually insane if you time it right. 300 DMG Q on level 1 😅

Instead of dawn breaker and crystal maiden. Dawn breaker and witch doctor, you maledict enemy and dawn breaker does her combo and they die from the burst over time

Sand King + Techies. Played a game with a techies as offlaner. Jugg can't even spin because of silence and he dies before silence ends

Dawnbreaker and grim is more affective and better laner, like at lvl 2 you ink swell dawn and silence enemy... 100% kill chance

Just decay decay into charge and tombstone. It practically firstblood on lvl 2. You can even dive tower whit this.
