I fly Polaris when i go yearly to France in July..MCO/IAD/CDG ..i love the Polaris lounge at IAD and spent at least 3 hours, take a shower before i board and sometimes will eat my dinner at the a la cart restaurant at the Polaris lounge....The Star Alliance Lounge at CDG is also very good...due to bad blood circulation, bad knees and back, i can't fly economy anything longer than 4 hours..
