i really want to go back to china, i really can't believe it's already been four entire years since the last time i went.
when i left for the airport back in the summer of 2018, i didn't know that would be the last time i would see my grandparents in person for such a long time.
in these four long years, my great grandmother died, i'm now in middle school, and the world has changed so much, it's almost unrecognizable.
i truly want to go back and relive some memories i have and to be able to spend more time with my grandparents.

This song invokes my childhoods memories every time . I remembered my father bringing home a VHS tape one night and watched it with my siblings. This was the Fuji special program. When I saw this beautiful lady in the green dress dancing and singing, I was captivated. Her bright smile was so charming ! Before she was just a picture on the front cover of a cassette tape . At 7 or 8 years old, I became a fan...She was my first idol. Not Madonna but Teresa. I was fascinated with Madonna too later in my teenage years, but that faded in my 20s. I outgrew her . Teresa Teng has endured the test of time . I still listen to her music everyday. No one can match her voice. I do appreciate these singers that are carrying on her legacy though. 🦋🌹🌸❤
